1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer service team.
After 30 minutes, orders cannot be cancelled, as production planning and material procurement begin immediately for customized packaging products.
Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellation by Aeropack India
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected
Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed
The order violates our website terms & conditions
In such cases, payments received will be refunded after verification.
2. Return Policy
Since most of our products are custom-made packaging items (Paper Bags, Fancy Boxes, Mono Cartons, Stickers, Envelopes, etc.), returns are accepted only in specific cases.
Returns Accepted Only If
Wrong product delivered
Major manufacturing defect
Quantity mismatch
Return Conditions
Item must be unused and in original condition and packaging
Complaint must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Proof of purchase and photos/videos are required
Do not send items back without approval
Returns should not be sent directly to any third-party manufacturer.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your card provider or bank

4. Sale Items
Discounted or sale items are non-refundable, unless they are defective or incorrect.
5. Exchange Policy
We replace products only if they are defective or damaged.

6. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping cost may be deducted.
Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
7. Important Note for Customized Packaging Orders
Because Aeropack India manufactures custom packaging products, minor color variations (5–10%), standard size tolerances, and slight finishing differences may occur and are considered acceptable industry standards.
